Mining productivity relies heavily on workforce welfare and the readiness of support facilities. This project demanded the construction of accommodation facilities (Mess Halls) and production units (Workshops) in a location far from urban centers, with severely limited logistical access. Speed and precise material management were the keys to success.
Completed accommodation facilities for 200+ employees and Heavy Equipment Workshops on time, enabling the client to commence mining operations (Overburden Removal) according to annual targets.
Given the hard-to-reach location, we implemented semi-modular construction methods and knock-down steel fabrication to accelerate on-site erection. Challenges regarding extreme weather and dirt access roads were overcome through disciplined buffer stock management, ensuring civil works continued even when supply chains were disrupted by weather.
