The primary challenge in this project was aligning the civil works schedule (turbine foundations, boiler structures) with the arrival of imported mechanical materials. As commercial and engineering managers, we implemented an integrated S-Curve monitoring system that mapped cost deviations in real-time, allowing strategic decisions to be made before delays occurred.
